This work delves into the experience of burnout and the disruption of life’s former rhythm. In a world that constantly urges us to hurry, exhaustion slows the body to a crawl, transforming it into a giant slug — an entity capable of only sluggish movement. The only trace of past momentum is a delicate wing, a fragile remnant of a once-rapid pace that now feels distant and unfamiliar.
